We had a defective Venetian blind which once installed was faulty which was disappointing however customer service was very good once I got through who have ordered a replacement without any fuss. The other duo blind was ok.
Easy to fit and looks really nice - just what we wanted to update an old Velux window that was probably 30years old.
It\'s a good product but I didnt like the pictorial instructions as they weren\'t that clear. Written instructions could have given more details about likely problems.
My only issue was the delivery, it offered a delivery day on the website and allowed me to change to a different day so I changed to the day I knew I would be in but it arrived 4 days earlier with only a txt in the day to day it was being delivered, luckily someone was in to take the parcel in. What is the point of arranging a delivery day for it then to come whenever the parcel company feel like delivering it.
Bought the over priced and useless pole. Nowhere did it clearly say it needed another overpriced adapter. 30 years ago Velux were good quality. Windows are not as good as they were
