Our last ones lasted 12years, so if these last the same they will also be value for money
After accidentally clicking the wrong code UK4 instead of UK04 the blind is wrong and you won’t swap it because it’s already been installed
I chose velux blinds as I expected them to be good quality, but in a number of areas the blinds were poor quality and the fitting instructions lacking essential detail. One particular annoyance is the tiny poor quality screws which burr very easily - surely it would be a matter of pence to provide with good quality screws. This is the sort of scrimping i would expect from an on-line blind company, but not Velux
Initially I couldn\'t find the blinds I wanted so I called the Customer Service and she led me through the process
It would help if the swatch sample size was larger to check opaqueness and impact. OK for colour but still unsure on 2/3/4 opaqueness.
Please, this is a minor comment but the velux blind kit already contains the necessary bracket, but I was advised to buy it anyway. I now have an extra bracket. Otherwise the customer service was fine.
