Your product is excellent, but it is shipped from different destinations, I had 3 items delivered over 10 days. I was replacing an old blind, the top clips were not provided and apparently you stopped this at the end of last year, it should be in big bold letters when buying the product, think as a customer, because the numbers make sense don’t lose track of what your business is trying to achieve

The instructions do not include details of how to remove an existing Velux blind. I did find it online eventually but having it in the documentation would have made things easier.
