There should be two fittings either side at the top of the opening sash and these are missing so we cannot fit the blind. Please supply.
Easy from ordering on the website to receiving. Colour is accurate to online and high quality product. Much prefer ordering velux blind for a velux window rather than a cheaper option which I don’t believe would have been worth it
Rebecca on the customer help desk understood my request to return one of the two blinds ordered. Within a couple on minutes had collection arranged. I think her comment was “that’s it! nothing else for you to do we will sort the rest out”. Rebecca was great but Velux you must have good systems also to make it that easy. Thank you. Clive.
WE had a problem with delivery company but customer support sorted it out. They were extremely helpful and this was much appreciated
Colours are very limited and not easy at all to judge. Free samples would help and more choices
All your products were not available on the website, also it was difficult to figure out the blinds for certain types of windows.
