Marks on the blind and pinholes in the material. The blind is needed to no point sending it back, anyway too a while to get the old one down.
Only the price i.e should be offers on multi buy as I have several windows and they all could do with a refresh.
I emailed customer services about a query - the reply was prompt , helpful and once the blind arrived it was exactly what we wanted.
It was very easy to install however despite finding “additional remotes” the photos still didn’t look enough like mine (2022/23 with a QR on the front) but customer service rang and guided me after I dropped them an email - that meant a lot! Someone actually picked up the phone and was really helpful! now that’s customer service! Up and running Thank you
After Sales service was impeccable. I had an issue that was sorted in a prompt and professional manner. It turned out, I should have read the manual before sending out a \"stern\" email... ...I was educated in a polite and courteous manner and all was well. Well designed and built unit.
