Delivery issue due to incorrect address used, although full address was given on the purchase. Therefore there was an additional delay in delivery on an already slow delivery time.
I’m not very handy but found the product easy to install. The instructions were adequate but it was a piece on YouTube which pulled the thing together. Suggest Velux produce a short demo for products like this.
The product is very well-made and very easy to install. I have had other rooflight blinds before from other manufacturers but they are not as good as those by Velux
