Instructions were shockingly poor. For such an accomplished product you’d expect much better instructions. I had to revert to YouTube. Having never installed one before I almost removed the pre fitted grey guides before reinstalling those supplied!
Replaced an after market product. This is clearly superior, great quality and good value for money.
Product is not a 1-1 replacement per description. This should be made clear while ordering and in installing. Had to call customer service to figure this out! Also, with screws the product is not a perfect fit vs previous click mechanism which provide the perfect blackout. Poor quality upgrade overall
I phoned on the 13th May and spoke to a very polite lady who was very helpful in chasing up why the product never arrived on the 9th May as stated and the products arrived just over two hours later. Phoned on the 13th May and product arrived 2 hours later
The only downside was that the blinds were delivered two days later than expected .
