The blind I ordered which was a \"genuine\" part was well priced and delivered exactly when stated at time of order.
Very clever design & set up. I’m a lady in my 60s working up a step ladder hands above my head and taking my time I’ve successfully fitted 4 blinds. The instructions are clear & need to be followed exactly. The most physically difficult bit was stretching to try to see the screw holes to fix the side rails. I haven’t managed to do the top ones yet but the other 4 are enough meantime.
Didn\'t fill in returns or customer service as didn\'t use them. Perfect. Easy to order and install.
Only real gripes are the instructions are hard to follow. Had to resort to watching YouTube videos. Also the screwheads are very easy to round off as you are screwing into wood at difficult angles. Maybe make the screws out of a harder material.
I was unsure how to find my model and the customer service agent was very patient with me while I located it per her instructions , thank you x
There was no more information after the parcel left GLS courier service where the blinds were initially dispatched. Parcel force took over in the U.K. and tried to deliver my blinds 1 day earlier than the date I requested,. It cost me petrol and time to pick the blinds up from a far distant depot as for work reasons I couldn’t get them re-delivered!
