Really pleased. Given I ordered seven blinds I was a little apprehensive about how complex the installation might be but got to say it was surprisingly straight forward. Velux even supplied a screwdriver along with very clear & detailed instructions. Obviously makes sense to double check the size you’re ordering to ensure it perfectly matches your window.! Top tip: suggest you have a carpenters bradawl to hand to pre guide screw holes!

The only disappointment was the blind did not arrive with out all the necessary fitting so we had to order from amazon and wait an extra day to fit they cost £7 I’m not sure if this was accidentally. So can’t give less marks but if it wasn’t maybe it should be.

My blinds show online as delivered but they have not been. The estimated delivery date is 20/8/2025 but the tracking says they were delivered last week but we were on holiday. The Royal Mail delivery card says a package was left “by the bins” but there is no package. Was this my blinds? Or should I expect them on 20th August? A package of this value should have to be signed for and not “left behind the bins” on an exposed front driveway.

Velux are let down by the delivery company you use. I was notified my order had been dispatched but delivery date is mor3 than two weeks ahead

Blind was 20 years old due to hot sun the blind ceased to work. Couldn’t believe the colour matched the other blind perfectly. My son fitted it without a problem. Thank you
