Delivery arranged for 20th July on your website when I would not be at home. So you delivered a week earlier to another address (my arrangement) when I wasn’t there either, I was at home. Could have delivered it to my house if only you were more efficient. Waste of my time I think? No delivery emails etc apart from this survey. Poor delivery service. Hope the box contents are ok.
Backing strip on double sided sticky pads used to secure filter strip far too difficult to remove. Rest of kit fine.
Quality of product is excellent as was the delivery service. However, the necessary screwdriver which was supposed to be included in the pack was missing and the instructions were totally inadequate. I had to employ two different people to install the two blinds I purchased and they both had difficulty in interpreting the instructions. Finally, they both used Google.
You used Parcel force 24 Express but it took 7 days to arrive. Your customer service advisor when I queried whether the order was going to be delivered on saturday (unlikely where I live) promised to come back to me. When I received no call I rang you back on Friday afternoon only to find you close at midday!! If you have parcels out for delivery (especially with Parcel Force!!) should you not have a customer service support? available? Promised much - delivered little
Easy to find what I needed, ordering was smooth and easy process and quick delivery with good communication.
Had a problem with the flashings - I thought these had been included as they were selected on the website but apparently there is another box to tick to order them. Customer Service were great when I called and shipped the units by return but the clarity of the website could be much improved.
