The speed of delivery and quality of the product were excellent. The only issue was finding that very few colours were available for the blind we needed.

I purchased 2no solar blackout blinds and was pleased that they were delivered earlier than first advised. I followed the instructions carefully, installing the first blind in a hour, and the second in twenty minutes! I was disappointed that the first blind refused to pair with the remote control supplied with it, and would not operate at all even, after resetting it, changing the batteries and manually adjusting the blind in the guides!! The second blind paired and operated perfectly from the initial paring procedure, as per the instructions! There is a problem with edge of the fabric on both blinds were it’s puckered /rippled where it runs in the guides on one side only. It’s a pity that such a well designed and manufactured product is let down by problems and annoying appearance, when it’s not a cheap purchase in the first place!!!!!
We moved into an over 55 property fitted with VELUX that needed a small adaptor so that we could fit a blind in view of the window age. The picture installation guide did not indicate the actual precise distance from the top. A template with the distances for that and the screw through the blind itself would be helpful.
