We had previously purchased 2 of the same blinds so had the product number, otherwise I think it wasn\'t easy to find the exact product

We were impressed by the level of service , help & guidance during the phone call to customer services. We bought replacement controllers which are very straightforward to set up. They are also easy to use. Cannot comment on reliability or durability yet, as too early. The windows & blinds are now 8 years old & we are very happy with indeed. However, the price quoted on the email (£90) sent to us was not the same as the website (£110).
I was frustrated that I could not enter my address in the correct format initially.
This is the third Velux window blind I have bought. The first one lasted 20+ years and when I realized how easy it was to install the new one - I am 76 with arthritic hands - I decided the other window could have one as well. The precision fit and the clever diagrams made it simple. I like the sad and smiley faces so you know what not to do at each stage and get it right. Well done!
