Selected specific delivery date, blind arrived on different day, luckily someone was in, then window and flashing was attempted to deliver early when no one in,. Why have the option to choose a specific date if couriers ignore it?

I was so impressed with the service and the fact that a very affordable replacement was available for the remote control. The instructions were very clear and questions answered fully and were easy to understand. I have never had such excellent service. Thank you.

I wish you’d have a short explanation on your electric blinds installation instructions stating the last page was to plug in the power supply. That you needed to manually open the window to get it through 90’, and that the reset switch is a dummy on the mains powered version. The customer service rep from Scotland sorted the query out but had a very condescending tone and left me feeling quite annoyed even a few days later.
