I had a problem with rectifying a slightly gaping mitre on my solar powered blackout blind. When ordering a replacement cord system for a manual rooflight blackout blind I mentioned this problem to Alistair. He quickly understood the issue and gave both reassurance and the method of resolving it. I subsequently did resolve the problem.
