Thank you to the lady from customer service who telephoned me regarding the issue (courier damage). We found nothing missing from the split box and now have two lovely new blinds fitted, but the best thing was her support.
Always a problem when you order blinds and plastic top mounting brackets never dispatched at same time blind always comes first but you can’t fit until you get the brackets normally about a week later
