I found it difficult to follow the picture instructions provided with the blind but I was pointed to a video showing how easy it was by your helpful staff.
Excellent blinds, good quality and easy to install. Delivery easy to track and our 3 blinds arrived promptly.
I would be able to give a better score if 1. The blinds had arrived 2. You had told me they were going to arrive 3 days after they actually did 3. Nobody signed for the item 4. No calling card was left When I called at 4:30pm on Friday after discovering they had apparently been delivered but there was no sign of them. I was told that nobody could assist until Monday if I would like to call back then!

I never received the sample swatches that I requested even when I emailed the company a couple of times. Not sure what went wrong but obviously I am now inclined to shop elsewhere.
My original order was damaged and a fitting kit was missing from the open package. I suggest stronger boxing and a more care full carrier. There was water damage and mud on the split card board. Your customer support dealt with the replacement well , but I had to insist that you collect the damaged items rather Thame me have dispose of the them or use them as suggested. What use would 2 extra faulty blinds be?
Great blinds, only replaced our old ones of 15yrs for a colour change. Hopefully the new ones will last another 15yrs. Also super fast delivery !
