After completing the online form I was rung by a very helpful lady promptly. She guided me through which product I needed and said to ring when I was ready to pair the controller, however, that was on a Saturday. The website was not easy to follow to find out how to pair the new controller with my windows and I had to look on youtube for non-velux videos until I found one to help.
