I\'m an installer and I entered information individually for the roof windows we have installed for each property on a site so I could request the free electronic controls. I used the same email address for all 3 submissions. Since then (3 weeks ago) I have only received the code for one of the property\'s and have only been able to request one set of controls but I need 3 in total. I selected that I was an installer so surely, using the same email address is common and should not hinder someone getting a code send out.
In a perfect world I’d like to receive the blinds a little quicker. But other than that ….brilliant. Expensive but brilliant
I was really impressed with how precisely but simply the blinds fitted to the windows. The instructions even include warnings about common mistakes. After 60 years of assembling everything from Airfix to IKEA I\'m still amazed at how easy it was to fit the blinds
Suggest a small modification to maybe have a ‘wedge’ to secure the loose ones of the strings into the channel on reverse side. Didn’t want to cut them above the knot in case tension needs to be adjusted in the future

blinds use non standrad screws. i didnt have one that fitted and none was in the pack
