Please don\'t use Parcelforce. They are terrible. They delivered two days early and didn\'t knock on the door, just left a card. I was home at the time. They then redelivered at a different time from what they said. I still haven\'t got the second part of my order. Another couple of improvements that would help an otherwise fantastic installation process - have instructions on how to remove the old product and have more detailed instructions on how to pair a remote and how to pair two remotes to both control two blinds.
Excellent service. Website very clear, help on the telephone very good, delivered promptly and blind simple to fit and great quality.
It is straightforward to install and an excellent replacement for the old remote control.

Original blind received with fault to the blackout backing. Customer Service very efficient, asked for photos of the fault and within an hour or so confirmed that they would replace the blind with no quibble. Replacement blind received within a few days.
