We have a very efficient company trying to get our choice of velux blinds to update our present windows. He has been given conflicting advice and an unhelpful contact. Apparently you are unable to match the colour we are keen on ...RAL v normal range for some reason you would not supply Marsh green! All in all very unhelpful and not what one would expect from a customer orientated company.
