I thought the quality of the blind is outstanding. I installation was I bit fiddly but easily achievable.
Two blinds ordered, to replace blinds which were 18 years old. one of which was faulty, customer support organised a second replacement (priority) which arrived within 48 hours. Great customer service and fast delivery.
On first impressions by looking at the packaging we thought they were the wrong size and the code number was not that on our windows. Online research enabled us to understand the product codes and why the blind codes differed from the window codes
Due to the age of our window we had to order new fixings to accommodate the blind fitting. These two bits of plastic cost £6 and eventually arrived several days after the blind from France. No delivery information on this separate delivery only the blind. caused problems in arranging the installation. Also it was not clear on the website that the colour we chose was not a blackout blind. Right colour for our room but not reducing light in to bedroom in the morning.
I ordered some blind fabric samples which arrived in a few days. Happy with samples, ease of ordering and swift delivery.
