Received no contact whatsoever that the items had arrived, was advised delivery would be 16th so was not in. Over £500 worth of goods were left on the doorstep for the world to see FOR HOURS!!! Packaging is extremely damaged and will need to assess if products are damaged when they’re opened.

The blinds arrived in open packaging and just left on doorstep. The two small adapters were sent out separately to the blinds and each other. So two large boxes arrived each with a padded envelope each containing a small box with an adapter in each!!!

The product description could be clearer. The blinds I ordered didn't specify if they came with mounting brackets, so I had to order mounting brackets from the website with the blinds. I now have mounting brackets that I'll never need but can't throw out. It’s not the worst problem to have and I did get a refund but it feels like such a waste. Other than that, the delivery was great and the blinds were easy to install and good quality.

Overall easy to order the correct blind. Reasonable price and delivered promptly. The fitting instruction are terrible. I’m fairly good at diy but this took some head scratching to work out. Some proper instructions would help. Other than that excellent
