I still have a telescopic blind opener which I would like to return . I have informed you but not had instructions on how to return the product .
Why make a product and both products that have been sent are faulty and I have been told that it is a basic blind but this should not mean faulty and blinds should be checked before despatch after already a faulty one sent.
The person answering the phone was knowledgeable about the product and was able to solve my problem with putting up the blind
