The delivery date stated when purchasing online was not adhered to and despite requesting the delivery be delayed until there was someone home it was delivered late and just left on the doorstep. As I was away from home for 3 weeks this was not what I wanted. I contacted Velux and an email was sent to GLS to organise the delivery for the 8th Dec. It appears the messages were read but not acted upon. A poor service from Velux. I had expected much better from you. Very disappointed.

We always try out best to adhere to the estimated dates of delivery however sometimes external situations arise that our out with our control. In this case, your order cleared customs quicker than the timescale we were expecting, which meant the goods were delivered early. Kindly asses the goods when you are back and contact our customer service teams if there is any issues.
