Web site link took me to a wrong page and order site. Customer service explained but no compensation. The process to return an item is painful and texts received look like spam. The new order is shipped in multiple items with no explanation or transparency. Poor ordering all round.

Very helpful assistant. As ever the products just do what they say they will. Easy to fit, good fit and well engineered.

We were initially dealt with by various support staff who provided conflicting information which was not helpful and frustrating. Once we had just one person dealing with us everything went well.
