Although I\'m more than happy with the product I received,you do need to seriously look at your delivery company. When our package was delivered it looked like it had been dropped from a low flying aeroplane, the box was severely damaged.. Luckily the velux blind inside the package had not taken the brunt of the impact, and we managed to install it ok.
We had a very old Velux blind in our window and it needed replacing with an up to date black out version. The website was easy to navigate and instructions on how to find the correct type of fitting was very helpful. I inputted the details directly off my Velux window and the correct option came up together with replacement side bars for the blind to sit in. After removing the old blind (and the old wooden side bars), it took me 15 minutes to install the new blind and side bars. The enclosed instructions were easy to follow and all I need was a PZ2 screwdriver to fit everything. Don\'t use an electric screwdriver or drill (this is clearly stated on the instructions). Very happy and highly recommended.
What idiot in the Velux design team thought it was smart to use the small screws that require Allen Keys. Shear stupidity.
The design and the labelleing of windows makes it extremely easy to select and install the correct accessories, very very pleased
I found it difficult to follow the picture instructions provided with the blind but I was pointed to a video showing how easy it was by your helpful staff.
Excellent blinds, good quality and easy to install. Delivery easy to track and our 3 blinds arrived promptly.
