You’re asking me to complete a survey when it should have delivered yesterday but still hasn’t arrived. Which means I know need to call your office to find out where it is. Also you said 9-10 days for delivery. I ordered on 17th Feb and delivery due 2nd but it is now the 3rd. Tracking shows it’s been at customs since 26th.
