It is impossible to pair a new controller without a qualified Velux installer. I had a man here for an hour and only managed one widow. Blinds do not work at all. It should not be this difficult. I would never recommend Velux windows to anyone. I now have to pay this man fir his time and get someone from Velux about 50 miles away.
