I did not speel to Customer service so I cou;d not comment - however on the backing of the rest of your organisation I believe they wou;d have been very helpful I cant comment on ease of install as a tradesman is doing the installation And relative to other Velux suppliers you were competitve

Thanks for your feedback. We ship directly from VELUX warehouses. While most stock is in the UK, not everything is always available. The blind you ordered came from VELUX's Danish warehouse, with an estimated lead time of 11-13 working days which was communicated at the time of ordering. Despite this, we managed to deliver it in half the time. I hope our communication regarding lead-time and delivery dates was clear and that the product meets your expectations of VELUX quality.
