Unfortunately the window arrived damaged and with the fitters arriving the next day it couldn’t be replaced in time. I sent pictures of the damage and received a response very quickly and the matter was resolved with a reimbursement of some money in which the fitters have charged us the fix the damage. I was very impressed with the service provided by your customer support and would recommend the company to everyone interested in buying a roof window. Thanks again Duncan

Roofer said the flashing was correct for the tiles but not for my roof, collecting and delivery of new flashing was excellent.

Amazing customer support. I ordered a wrong window size and I thought that exchange won\'t be as easy as it was. The exchange was arranged within a couple of days, e.g. I contacted the customer service on Monday, the wrong window order was collected on Tuesday and the new window arrived on Thursday, an incredibly quick turnaround. I am very pleased with it. The drivers picking up and delivering the windows were also very nice. Overall incredible service. Both windows arrived in pristine condition.

One of my to velux windows where damaged which was discovered as we started fitting. I contacted yourself and was very pleased with the swift response and turnaround in receiving a replacement, however the delivery of the original order could of been better due to the fact the diver was very unresponsive and didn’t seem to any pride in his work hence possibly the damage to the window??? On returning the damaged velux the diver would not take it away because it was not on a pallet although it didn’t arrive on a pallet this was very frustrating. But all in all very good company to deal with thank you

We raised the issue of pallet delivery (and clear communication about it) and the driver's attitude with our carrier partner, in the hope that their service can be improved.
