My experience from start to finish was brilliant. the first agent I spoke to was so helpful and really made it easier. Csilla from then on was amazing. Responded quickly to my questions and when the window turned up damaged, she arranged for a replacement straight away. The only negative was the delivery company as we were told it would be a certain date and it never arrived. I had to cancel my plans to wait for it but it never turned up. It arrived the next day but having received so many emails and texts saying it would be here and then for it not to turn up is disappointing but no fault of the roof window store. Csilla chased up the company and kept me informed of when it would arrive which was great.

Many thanks to Csilla Bedy for being so prompt with tracking a delivery and then arranging for collection after I had mis ordered and speedy delivery of correct items.

Very pleased with my velux window, website was easy to use and was kept well informed. delivery was 1st class
Exactly as described. 66% of the price on the main Velux site. Delivered as expected and resolved a minor transit damage issue without quibble, would 100% use again and recommend.

it was easy enough to order once we worked out the difference in the products (not always obvious to a layman), process was smooth, communication was accurate, delivery as advised.
