Was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Lead time was honest and accurate which is appreciated. Then the service when I had to return a product was really impressive. Well done to your staff. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

Excellent customer service. No need to wait for long to speak to one of agents each time I called. Despite that I have received a slightly damaged window caused during transit first time, the shop arranged a replacement delivery in days and offered some compensation for the delay.
