Received two damaged windows which was a problem but replacements are on the way. Your support rep Csilla was exceptional and took the time to really help

While our carrier partners do their best handling goods, in the rare occasion it may happen that they get damaged in transit. VELUX window packaging, while being 100% plastic free, is sturdy but these things may still happen. They dedicate much resource to improving their products and packaging, while also reaching a historical 0 carbon emission by 2030, which is often challenging, but necessary for sustainability.
