Easy to order. Best price I found. When I needed to contact about expected delivery, they were very helpful and easy to speak to someone. I would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent price for the item I ordered. Although the delivery date was rather lengthy, it arrived well packaged and on the date promised. Would therefore use again.

The switch arrived safely but the delivery time was quite slow compared with Amazon

An excellent service all round

Only one problem, we didn’t know that the hole for the windows needed to be slightly bigger in order to incorporate the insulation on the sides, so these had to be left out.

Your Courier \"Parcel Force\" was useless and failed to delivery the second parcel to MOUNT FARM. [That is curious because I believe they delivered the first parcel OK]. I attach a sheet showing their ineptitude, since they clearly didn\'t have a driver who could speak or read English. Their fiasco began on 28/4/2023, on 2/5/2023 they decided our address was \"insufficient\" and returned the goods to Nottingham, on 3/5/2023 they had \"resolved\" the \"problem\" and sent it out for delivery a second time. They again failed to deliver it and when I checked their tracking history they said they had returned the goods to our \"nearest\" Post Office. When I went onto their help line to find out which Post Office it was, I couldn\'t access it \"without the card they had put in my letter box\". But they had not put any card in my letterbox and, if they had, they could have delivered the parcel to us BECAUSE WE HAD STAYED IN ALL DAY TO RECEIVE IT! So we didn\'t have the goods and we didn\'t know where they were and we had no means of getting through to the stupid Courier. However, the next day a case of wine intended for MOUNT FARM BARN was incorrectly dumped on our doorstep and when I called Rob to tell him, he said he had a card posted in his letter box that was for us. It had been posted the day before, he didn\'t know what time because he didn\'t get back from work till 6:00pm. The card told me your goods were at Duffield Post Office and the driver who wasn\'t smart enough [or too lazy] to find Mount Farm, 10m up the hill from MOUNT FARM BARN, was crafty enough not to fill in the time and date he put the card into our neighbours post box. By good fortune I had business at Duffield Post Office next day and collected the goods. But two things: the address on your goods was clear and correct [all you need to identify a house is the post or zip code + house name or number; and our house name is cast onto our cast iron letter box built into the large stone gatepost at the edge of the road. I wanted you to know that Parcel Force failed to deliver our goods and caused us a great deal of annoyance and don\'t deserve payment.
