My biggest issue was that the initial delivery period of 3-5 days became nearly 3 weeks. I was told that this was quoted at basket time? This is too late or I could have made another selection to improve my delivery time. I had to keep my scaffolding up by a further two weeks. This was about the same cost as the window itself!

With a rushed small order, I was very impressed that Customer Services made the effort to check and confirm that delivery within 8 days was possible: that is what made the difference between the client going ahead with the installation and scrapping the idea altogether. (I am writing this before the delivery...and trust it will arrive next Thursday as promised.)
