Having looked at the case, I can see that there was an error made with your initial price offer that the agent then acknowledged and we came to a solution, that you are hopefully satisfied with. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and I do hope that the items delivered were otherwise of the high standards you would expect from VELUX. Since in the feedback form you marked the following Customer service category down: "Customer care agent should be more friendly", I was wondering if you could kindly provide some more further for us to be able to improve our service? Customers who answer 0 - 6 are Detractors, 7 - 8 are Passives and 9 - 10 are Promoters. The NPS is the sum of % of Promoters - % Detractors.
