Our Customer Success Manager, Brian, is a fantastic business partner. He is always looking out for us and helping me stay on track or get back on track. Trishaala is always willing to listen to product wants and show me how to use new features. CustomerGauge has a phenomenal team supporting great software.

We've always need stronger pre-built reporting that every user can access and build to their liking. I would also say the tool is not intuitive, but I have seen some vast improvements over the time we've used CustomerGauge. The silver lining in this journey has been our account managers. Although we've had a few, each new one was better than the last. "A" for effort to our current account manager, Brian Yen.
