Janis has shown so much growth from when he was first assigned to be DOCOMO’s customer success manager. From day one, he showed his eagerness to see our NPS program’s continued success. The team I work with, especially Brian and Clarke, have been amazing. You bend over backwards to help us succeed in our fledgling CX program, which shows how dedicated you are to our success. I appreciate all of your hard work. Plus I love the platform! I have worked with many vendors but this has been my favorite system to work with so far.

Very happy with the tool and support given by Beatrice in learning and problem solving. NPS results that are extracted in PDF format; if would be available in Excel format too, that will be great.

The customer success itslf has been extremley helpful and actually one of the key benefits of using customer gauge. More so than the actual software platform.
