Very happy with the tool and support given by Beatrice in learning and problem solving. NPS results that are extracted in PDF format; if would be available in Excel format too, that will be great.

The customer success itslf has been extremley helpful and actually one of the key benefits of using customer gauge. More so than the actual software platform.

The funny thing I recommended CG last year to our sister company (with about 20 x larger survey volume), but did not seize the opportunity. As it was seen as an upsell, an unexperienced CSM did not capture well the needs and requirements, continued by not demonstrating tool value, to delivering a non-competitive quote.

I'm very happy in general. My CSM is very helpful and the CG team is working on my requests but my expectations are high and our business needs require more agile platform features in the areas idicated above.

Your Customer Gauge Application is very user friendly and meets all of my business needs. The usability and customizable dashboards meets all my needs. The support I get from Dan Tabrizi is awesome. We have regular check-in meetings to ensure I have everything I need from Customer Gauge. His knowledge of your tool has been a great learning experience for me.
