Survey logic is limiting. We really need additional NPS questions and more question logic. User access to alerts is limiting. Report and Dashboard creation is cumbersome due to lack of features like Saving favorite widgets and adding to other reports. No bread crumbs as you configure widgets to save time when wanting to recreate them in other reports. Limited filters in widgets and reports. many do not allow filtering by results.

CustomerGauge has become an essential part of our customer experience program and a platform that I interact with on a daily basis. The level of customer support/service is great, and our CSM Ryan Hall has been outstanding - we really appreciate the responsiveness and solution collaboration, often on short notice.

Our weekly catch ups with Liam have been very beneficial to the new CES team and i feel we have learned so much already and looking forward to our new starters coming on board so we can get even more out of CG going forward
