CustomerGauge is an excellent platform, easy to use, and oriented towards customer needs. It has an excellent support team, with a fast and efficient response. It is a very important tool for my Company that allows us to know in detail the experience of our patients and their needs and expectations. I highly recommend it!

New to the program, will have more feedback once I've been through the full process. So far though the support from Beatrice and David has been very good and the platform is intuitive and easy to use.

Everything is amazing, but we really need to have easy reporting by adding the download feature at widget level, which enable us to get the full raw data instead of downloading the whole data from Customer Engine and work on filtration again.
