Two emails (morning) confirming delivery of windows then late afternoon email stating delay. Windows actually arrived following day (not the scheduled delivery date) luckily we were in to receive them!. Flashing kits now on 2nd delay - really hoping they arrive soon as builders are waiting. Tried ring the logistics phone number given on the \'delay\' email. No answer after 15 minutes. Something is dreadfully wrong at your end! Left hand doesn\'t know what right hand is doing. Brilliant products with poor customer service.
