It has NOT arrived - and originally it was to arrive first week in November then arrive on 12th … and still not here. I cannot read tracking as in French and they have put the house numbe after the street name which I suspect is causing masses of problems for the uk delivery service. Hugely disappointed. Been a big fan of velux but seems impossible to get good delivery times and efficiency at this point in the process.
