I purchased 7 solar powered windows and was told that I could claim cash back on up to five of these windows in a super promotion deal by Velux. The builders merchant from where I purchased these Velux windows promoted this great offer to me at the time of purchase. I duly read the terms of the offer, which was a great offer and influenced my purchase. I then followed all the offer claim instructions and duly made my claim on-line. Then some three months later I received a despicable email stating my purchases where not valid for the cash back offer! How can this be whenI was specifically told that my purchase was in fact eligible. I responded to this email asking how this could possibly be the case and to date after another 3 weeks I have received ZERO response. This whole situation is out of order and I intend to take this mater as far as is deemed necessary as this promotion that Velux have pushed is false and not fit for purpose. Please advise of your future intentions.
