We ordered two blinds and two adapters and expected them to come together. The blinds arrived with no mention on the paper work of the adapters. I assumed they had been missed off and rang customer service. A very polite gentleman answered and said the delivery had come early and he thought the adapters would follow in two days time. They did, I received separate parcels each containing one adapter! Overall impression is of disorganisation in dispatch. Shame as products are good.
