The website was excellent in terms of finding the right product. The product arrived a few days earlier than expected - fortunately we were in to receive it. My only complaint/concern is that the packaging and instructions need a warning to say that the product arms have a very sharp end, which can be dangerous. When opening the arms from the packaging it slipped and pierced my hand quite deeply and resulted in a lot of blood and an injury that is going to take some time to heal. Please warn other customers
