I\'m an installer and I entered information individually for the roof windows we have installed for each property on a site so I could request the free electronic controls. I used the same email address for all 3 submissions. Since then (3 weeks ago) I have only received the code for one of the property\'s and have only been able to request one set of controls but I need 3 in total. I selected that I was an installer so surely, using the same email address is common and should not hinder someone getting a code send out.
