I phoned twice to ask how to get the old blinds down so as to install the new ones. I was told both times “Just pull them downwards”. I even hit them with a hammer and chisel and they didn’t budge. I gave up and paid someone £50 to come out to remove them. Once started they were all off in 10mins as I’d removed everything else before. He in fact pulled at 90 degrees to the window and they came away easily
