I ordered the Blind and Mounting Brackets at the same time. The Blind arrived. There were no Mounting Brackets inside the box. Contacted the Customer Services Department in Glenrothes. Extremely helpful young lady advised they would arrive separately. Just wondering the thought process about this, as the cost of the Mounting Brackets cost £5.18 to purchase and the postage will nearly cost the same. It would save Velux money. Just a thought.
