Product arrived with wrong parts inside - the guide rails are too long by 5.5cm - and there are no screws (there should be 8) and no small plastic fitting items. So the product delivered to me is unusable. The agent took some minutes to understand my issue with this, but finally agreed to have the correct parts sent. However, these will be coming from Denmark, apparently, and will take time to arrive, Mesnwhile I cannot progress at all with the fitting. I am very unhappy with this situation, and I’m not convinced that I will receive the correct parts, despite my phone call to yourselves.
