Once fitted, the blind is lovely. However we had a nightmare fitting It. The screwheads were an unusual shape which meant none of our screwdrivers fitted them. It would have been helpful if you had included a tool for this. The holes in the blind slats did not align with the holes in the window frame (yes, we triple checked the reference numbers) so we had to make some new ones, which was tricky. All very fiddly and awkward and much more difficult than it appeared on the videos
