I was unable to track and trace my order first time round, with the statement “ unable to track your order until the delivery date ?)with your courier. I contacted sales or customer support on the delivery date and I think they quickly concluded that the order was lost as they could not trace it either. I was contacted by phone and another one of the items was reordered. This time, after about a week, when I got an email confirming the item had been dispatched, I was able to track the item with a confirmed delivery date and time of Friday 15th December before 6pm. It was only then that I discovered that the item was coming from Denmark, I thought it was coming from somewhere in the UK. We\'re working hard to deliver on time. 16/12/2023, 12:00 Tallaght - Shipment arrived at TNT location 18/12/2023, 04:35 Crumlin - Shipment in transit 18/12/2023, 04:35 Crumlin - Shipment now at depot nearest to delivery address The item finally arrived with me at 2pm on Monday 18th December and in excellent condition. I am very pleased with the item. I also received two emails from Velux asking “How did we do?” before the item had actually arrived??
