Hi, happy with the product though we haven’t fitted it yet. Re: the website, I found it difficult to select the colour of the blackout blind we choose, eventually just defaulting to the white. However, my main issue was with your delivery service. I waited in for Parcelforce to deliver on the promised date. After no show found a tracking note saying couldn’t locate address ( honestly, we’re not too hard to find). It was extremely difficult to to contact them and when I did their customer service wasn’t particularly helpful. Eventually the redelivered to a post office and we collected from there. Not a good experience.
